This Clutch Mod assembly disables the factory
Suzuki back-torque cam assembly (sometimes mistakenly known as a
"slipper clutch"). This allows the rider to perform a smooth launch as
opposed to the grab-n-jerk associated with trying to launch a stock
machine from a dead stop.

This kit includes shim spacers to slightly increase clutch pressure without causing chatter or a lack of top end speed.


If every hundredth of a second (and
smallest detail!) counts in your world also, this is the Clutch Mod for
you! Thoroughly tested in some of the highest power bikes in the
country, this mod attacks the rotating mass equation in the Hayabusa
clutch area. The additional energy no longer required to rotate the
weight of a standard Clutch Mod can now be used to push the bike

We hold the base circle diameter as close to stock dimensions as possible, the result is far less shim hassles for you!

The Mighty Hayabusa is restricted from the factory in two major ways: Compression and Exhaust Cam size. This “Drop-in” cam attacks the latter. We have found the stock intake cam to be sufficient for stock displacement applications.

A “trick” some engine builders use is to install a stock Hayabusa intake cam on the exhaust side of the engine. BEWARE…some guys throw this term around enough to make this task sound easy?! We can tell you that you had better have your cam degree act together to attempt an intake on the exhaust installation! You lose the stock reference marks which makes the novice installer likely to make a mistake. We will be straight up….The lift and duration of this cam is VERY similar to the stock Hayabusa intake grind, we changed the profile a bit to work better on the exhaust.

In addition to the added performance, a significant advantage lies in the fact that it is manufactured on a stock exhaust core which makes cam installation and lobe center adjustment straight forward. NOTE: The term "DROP-IN" refers to the fact that valve springs and pistons may remain stock. The cam swap requires mechanical skill and a Suzuki shim kit if you perform the installation yourself- especially if you intend to degree the cam to your engine, which takes an elevated skill level.

I highly recommend that our cams be degreed to your engine for optimum performance.

Pre-degreed cams only work when using the stock gaskets (deck height) with an un-milled cylinder head. If any milling or modified deck height ( such as removing the stock base gasket or changing to a thinner version) is performed, the cams MUST be degreed to the engine to prevent serious damage!

Custom Grind Billet Exhaust Cam for use in larger displacement Hayabusa engines. No core required sold outright only. MAX performance with our 1397 cc TEK Series Pistons. .388 Lift/268 Duration-244Deg@.050. Max lift with stock valve guides. No guide moving means no Valve Job required when used on stock port cylinder Heads- Must use aftermarket springs.

This cam WILL NOT work with stock pistons (see EX031). All the camshafts feature hard weld lobes on new O.E.M. Suzuki cores. We hold the base circle diameter as close to stock dimensions as possible, the result is far less shim hassles for you! ï¾ Dyno tests show around 7-10 hp increase through the mid range and 3-5 HP at higher revs on our 1397cc top end kit with a completely stock head with stock valves using our EX041 verses a stock intake cam on the exhaust. The lift is maximum for use with stock valve guides and has shown extend valve spring longevity. The duration is slightly altered and the profile is more aggressive than an intake on the exhaust.

The advantage shows up relevant to exhaust port work. If the head flows well at higher lifts (stock does), it is needed. If you have a GREAT port which flows good average numbersï¾…..you may not see as much gain (call for details if in doubt). We have seen MPH gains at the track with stock and ported heads this exhaust camï¾…..Especially with Nitrous Oxide use.

Hp numbers have been reported in the 270 + range with ALL of the bases covered ....aftermarket Fuel System, Modified ECU/Rev limit, Oversized Throttle Bodies, Oxygenated Fuel....etc.

Profile allows maximum piston to valve clearance with low lobe centre numbers (.386 lift/274 duration-248Deg. at .050). Dyno/track Proven Lobe centre recommendations included. No core required. This cam is not designed to work with stock pistons (see EX031). All our camshafts feature hard weld lobes on new O.E.M. Suzuki cores. We hold the base circle diameter as close to stock dimensions as possible, the result is far less shim hassles for you! This is the best all around intake ground we have ever tested or used in Hayabusa’s. It provides maximum acceleration throughout the entire rpm range from launch to the limiter with smooth controllable power in between.

The 1397 kit. Everyone wants one but never seem to get the right goodies. Well, look no further. TC will supply you with all the goodies to get it right first go. 1397 with the best bits at a great price.

Cylinder head must be sent in for porting and the cylinder block must be sent for exchange.

This is actually what I want to do with my Busa. A little bit of the NO2 and we'll see who boots whose backside turbo guys. lol. Look, probably not but a very effective upgrade. Nobody will really argue with that.  You can also grab bragging rights that you had work done by arguably, the best big-bore performance shop in the world.
