Support is always on-going for TC clients. We utilise a fantastic ticket system to capture your request. This is then processed by our staff and either an answer or the fault is corrected. It is a requirement that clients only utilise qualified TC Support Services. This is always available on our home page. I am sure that you noticed the huge and colourful Hotline button. Click on it. It will sooth your hurt, I know our products perfectly and are an expert at helping out in a friendly and professional manner.

Simply add the On-Site Training to your cart as an expression of interest in having a TC Instructor visit your company for one-on-one or small group training. You will need to have your store installed and operational (but it is not required to be stocked or even refined). Computers at the venue must be capable of running your site and a suitable Windows computer must be be available for your TC Instructor with the exception of one on one tuition. This only makes sense, we need to be able to show you how to operate efficiently with tools that you have available.

All Training can be stepped to suit you. Training can be conducted via the telephone, via the Hotline, at your home or workplace. Please contact
TC to place a request well in advance. Fees do differ based on distance, time required, size of group and level of training.

All
TC Certified Instructors are minimum Certificate 4 Workplace qualified.
