I have been friends with Tobin and Lisa for quite a while. Why are we friends? Because he is the best and has never let me down. Nothings more important than a consistent and reliable level of service. An absolutely world class product helps too.
There is a down side and thats where TC comes in.

The TC Tobin service is this:
Convenience: I keep a few sets of seats around to send out to Tobin. I also keep a set pre-positioned in the USA just for us. This eliminates the need for you to have to send out your seats. Being without a ride kills us. When your new seats arrive in your home, send your old seats back to me ASAP. They will become the next seats to go on someone else's pride and joy.
Design: I design your seat in consultation with you. The point being to capture exactly what you need. I will also keep you inside Tobin's capabilities. I have a mock-up example.
Admin of the task: I take care of everything that is a pain in the butt. I take care of all the required packaging and all the DC requirements. I do all the paperwork, fonts, colour charts for the materials, all
the follow up and technical aspects with Tobin. I inspect the seats on
line before they leave the US so that they meet the specs. I take care of all the customs requirement for entering Australia and the redirection to you.
