Chain Guard Short Edition
Sale Price: $199.00

The factory chain guard looks like crap. In fact, it is crap. Weak as a little girl and doesn't even look good. I also reckon it's too long. Replace that sucker with something else. This jobbie is a full  2" shorter than than OEM. Made of 5052 aluminum for durability and is a perfect replacement of your OEM chain guard. Comes in polished or black.
Driven USA Chains
Sale Price: $265.00

Every chain has to be replaced at some point. Why not make those points further apart? Quality chains and they look great too. Driven USA is our recommended chain for use on the Busa. Why? Because they have never failed to deliver the goods as far as we are concerned. Truth be told, the Driven isn't my absoluete number 1 choice, the EK ZZZ is but that is pure preference, nothing more. The good thing about the Driven is that the colour choices are outstanding with no compromise in quality.

Our Price:

The big boys. Wow.

We have three types for your application.

630MS: Tough Enough for up to 500hp

The 630MS was specially designed for the “lighter” drag bike. It’s quad-staked, has a tensile strength of 11,880 lbs. and is rated for bikes up to 500hp. The pin diameter is .233", the side plates are .121" on the inside, outside and master.
Recommended application: drag racing up to 500hp
Tensile strength: 11,880 lbs.
Available lengths: 110, 120, 130, 140, 150

530DRZ2: The Pro Stock Racer’s Choice

The EK 530DRZ is chosen by more top NHRA Pro Stock Bike competitors than any other chain. The reason is simple: When a championship is on the line, you can’t afford a failure. In 2004, Sam Wheeler used the 530DRZ in recording the fastest-ever terminal speed for a two-wheel vehicle: 338.269mph!
Recommended application: drag racing up to 300hp
Tensile strength: 11,500 lbs.
Available lengths: up to 160 links

You can use the DR on the street but the other two, nope, don't do it.

I will contact you to discuss your requirements. When you are going hard like that, I would rather have a short conversation with you about it.

EK ZVX Series Chain - The Ultimate Sportsbike Chains
Sale Price: $319.00

ZVX Series: The Extreme Chain for Extreme Bikes

Anyone with a Hayabusa, ZX-12 or one of the Hypersports of180hp knows how hard they are on chains. EK steps up with an incredibly strong Quadra-X Ring chain that has proven its superiority in controlled lab tests. ZVX chains are also great for any bike that’s been modified for more-than-stock horsepower. The 530ZVX is available in colours.

Recommended application: over 1000cc, up to 180hp
Available colors: gold, chrome, red, blue, yellow
Tensile strength: 10,560 lbs.
Available lengths: Up to 160 links

Price is from, of course. I will contact you directly. Make sure you have your profile filled in properly. This generally has too do with length. 110, that's what the factory gave you. That is also the basis of all the prices. The chrome chain is slightly more, about 20 bucks. Anyways, you want longer, no worries. I will hook you up with no problems.

By the way, the difference between the ZXV and the ZZZ is a small strength difference. The ZZZ is stronger, therefore costs more.

EK ZZZ Series Chain - The Pinnacle of Chain Technology

Price is based on a 110 link chain. This is OEM length. Don't forget to ask me about sprocket combos. I reckon that 16/43 is super. Others have a different opinion, but here, you got to listen to mine. lol.

Strap yourself in, I decided that the opportunity to answer a few questions about Chains and Sprockets.

Sprockets and chains wear out. When the chain stretches beyond the end of the adjustment mark on the swingarm it must be replaced. The chain and the sprockets should be replaced as a unit because a worn sprocket can decrease the longevity or possibly damage a newly replaced chain. Your vehicle usually comes with a steel rear sprocket from the factory.

You have a choice of replacing the heavy stock steel sprocket or changing to a much lighter aluminum rear sprocket. Technological advances in the manufacturing of some aluminum sprockets can extend their serviceability to almost equal steel. Check the quality before you buy. Not all sprockets are equal.

The go is a 520 pitch and aluminum because of the weight saving advantage. However, use the strongest chain available such as the EK MVXZ chain. You generally match the tensile strength of a chain to the cc's of the motor.

Step one is to determine if you want to retain the stock configuration of your vehicle or change its performance by altering its gearing. If you want your machine to have more initial acceleration and are willing to give up some top end speed you can eliminate a tooth on the front sprocket or add teeth to the rear sprocket.

Each tooth on the front sprocket equals about three teeth on the rear. This will result in a higher RPM at any given speed. If you want more top end and are willing to give up some initial acceleration you can add a tooth to the front sprocket or reduce the tooth size of the rear.

This is particularly useful for long distance trips or commuting as it will lower the engine RPM at any given speed. You can determine your vehicles stock configuration using our "fit your bike" chart.

We will be glad to help. Keep in mind all our kits come with the proper strength chain for each bike and cut to length.

CHAIN CARE BASICS:

You should lube your chain every 300 miles.
Use a high quality chain lube to prolong the life of your chain.
Adjust your chain following the manufacturers specs.
Check it by pushing up from the bottom center of the chain. It should give about an inch of upward movement. Too tight will wear out sprockets prematurely and possibly damage transmissions.

Happy riding.

WHEN CLEANING YOUR ANODIZED ALLUMINUM SPROCKET MAKE SURE NOT TO USE ANY HARSH CHEMICALS (WHEEL CLEANERS, ETC.) AS IT WILL REMOVE THE ANODIZING FROM THE SPROCKET.
