The EBC Pro-lite series has become an aftermarket standard worldwide because of its very close similarity to the original disc but offering a higher friction (18% extra) braking power over stainless steel and being a safe, riveted, sturdy construction as opposed to the risky circlip system used by some of our competitors. If the OEM manufacturers thought circlips were a good idea, they would have put them on the original bikes. It is also worth explaining to your customers the false economy of buying replacement rotor ring kits with the risky circlip systems.
I have noticed that the last few sets I have had in were chromed rather than gold. Actually, they are very nice. I have heard that they aren't making gold ones any more. This isn't confirmed but just note that guys.
